Who Would Do This? Sad! Very Sad!!

These Poor, Innocent babies were abandoned days ago in Lagos Nigeria. They both died before any body could get to them.
Its very, sad!
The Baby on the right was abandoned somewhere in Ajegunle, in the Gutter.
The Baby on the left was abandoned at Gowon Estate in the refuse dump.
