Meet Romanian Man With Hyperextended Legs.

His name is Florinel, 25-year-old homeless man from Timisoara, Romania, who came to England to get medication for his hyper-extended knees - a condition he was born with that means they are bent out of shape.

He speaks no English but travels around Manchester on a skateboard. He has a wife and two children, aged five and 10, in Romania.

 Reports say he has never been able to work due to his condition but he loves music and enjoys playing his penny whistle whilst he is begging. He has been playing it for 10 years.
