Strange Things Are Happening.

This Actually happened yesterday in Ikeja area of Lagos state, Nigeria. I did not want to publish it till i got all the facts right.
So, there are several reports, the most popular and consistent is that the guy was driving in a Range Rover around Ikeja, when he suddenly parked, started taking  off his clothes and displaying signs and symptoms of  madness. Sources are saying he is one of the popular 'yahoo-plus guyz'. 
Okay, for those who do not know, yahoo-plus guyz are those internet scammers who use jazz (native/voodoo powers) to get their victims.
