Does Size Matters? No! But Correct English Does.

This is the June issue of Exquisite magazine, it has on its cover Lolo 1 of Wazobia FM and actress Adaora Ukoh. The magazine is trying to shed light on how plus sized women can be big, bold and beautiful.The problem though is the English, does size matters? Sunner swimmer? 
Chai!!! And they have editors and still published the magazine with this grammar on the cover page?
