Justin Bieber is a star with a heart, he made the dream of a cancer stricken girl come true. The 18-year-old pop star invited four-year-old Hailey Roser to meet him backstage at his Milwaukee, Wisconsin concert on Sunday night. The girl who is a huge fan of Justin's had been longing to meet him and it took a huge social media movement to make it happen.

Hailey was diagnosed with brain cancer last August. And after Hailey was diagnosed with brain cancer, her parents began a campaign on Twitter and Facebook to get their daughter a meeting with the young singer, with one of the campaigners even calling TMZ Live for help to realize the dream.
The 'Healing Hailey' movement was then brought to the attention of Justin's manager Scooter Braun and a five-minute chat was arranged.The child's happiness at finally meeting her teenaged idol radiated across her face.
Justin graciously posed for a picture with Hailey and her parents before going on stage.
Afterwards, Hailey tweeted, 'Dreams come true #believe.'
