 The 42 year old multi billionaire seems not to have forgotten his roots, the hitmaker whose real name is Shawn Carter grew up in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. He was mobbed by fans as he jumped on the R train in downtown Manhattan on Saturday.
