About myself: My name is Ene Evelyn Ogbu, I'm a law student of The University of Nigeria, and also a designer. My life is complex, I'm a bit complicated but nice. ambitious, a goal-getter and I don't settle for less. My dream is to be a well known designer.
What is fashion? : Hmmm Fashion for me is generally what is in vogue, styles, trends and designs. I've been into fashion for a year now. But have always loved making clothes, designs and modelling, its been my passion. I design and make clothes for both male and female, unisex, if i may say.
I started designing and making dresses, jacket, maxi dresses and shirts and recently I introduced designs for Men to diversify my work. What drives me is my passion for fashion. Passion is like a spirit that leads you, you know.... My passion is the spirit within... Its builds my idea and creative designs within.... I also realize that when ever I go out... People appreciate the way i dress both young and old especially in social gatherings, because of my taste and passion for exceptional fabrics and designs. Although as a child I was not too lucky to put on such clothes, but I made up my mind "that the world will wear my designs"...
How I get inspired?: Gosh... Am a lover of E-News, at home my nickname is Miss E-News. I am inspired by amazing designs. i keep abreast of fashion news and events all over and particularly love E-News, they inspire me a lot..... I am a proud African woman and I try to add some funky pieces to my design just to make my design unique and different. And above all my inspiration comes from God, he is my highest inspiration.

What advice to young people?: One thing I know how to do is to advice and encourage people... Mostly the young ones because most of them don't know how to encourage themselves... My advice would be to put your plans into action. It’s important to do what you love. As a young person, establishing good networks is important. Running my own business has been a life-changing experience.
I am blessed in the sense that I taught myself a lot, and I owe it all to God, because he gave me the natural instinct and attributes of a mother, which is to teach and encourage people... And most importantly encourage myself at every given challenge. When you have an opportunity to do what you love, take that chance and do the best.
