The man in the picture was not involved in an accident, neither is he been punished for anything, he is Hungary’s Attila Banyai. He seems to have a good reason for allowing a four-wheel-drive vehicle drives over him. He is doing it to break Guinness World record during the Impossibility Challenger.
One word "INSANE".
