Bobby Brown is no stranger to the law, that's a mugshot form his arrest in Georgia, 1996. This time Bobby Brown has been charged with DUI following an arrest on Wednesday. He was arrested in the early hours of the morning in Los Angeles. According to local media reports, the incident happened around 1 a.m. when a police cruiser spotted the 43-year-old driving erratically and pulled him over.

The officer reportedly smelled alcohol and gave the singer a field sobriety test, which he was said to have failed. Brown was then taken into custody and booked at a nearby police station.
As well as the DUI charge, the star has been charged with driving on a restricted license and driving a vehicle without a vehicle interlock device, according to TMZ.
As a result of this, he could face up to two years in prison if convicted.
The incident in the San Fernando Valley section of L.A. is Brown's second DUI arrest this year.
In March, he was arrested for driving under the influence in the same part of town. A judge sentenced him to an alcohol treatment program, probation and a fine after he pleaded no contest, just one month after his ex wife, Whitney Houston died.
Brown admitted himself into a rehab facility in August.
